In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rk33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rk33 platform and its operating entity, accessible at rk33.io.
• "Platform" means the rk33 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any application or service provided by rk33.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the rk33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the rk33 Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and any other features provided through the rk33 Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance deposited by a User and held in their rk33 Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded to a User by rk33, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by rk33 to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-sensitive rules and deadlines on the rk33 Platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency in which all transactions on rk33 are denominated.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any Services on the rk33 Platform. rk33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. rk33 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. rk33 is operated as an internationally licensed platform. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. By using the rk33 Platform, you represent and warrant that doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your place of residence.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. rk33 is not liable for any service disruption caused by inaccurate registration information provided by a User.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on rk33. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any Funds or Bonus Balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify rk33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. rk33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC). rk33 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit valid government-issued identification — such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence issued by Bangladesh — and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by rk33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure. rk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false or misleading registration information; or activity that rk33 reasonably believes places the integrity of the Platform at risk.

3.3 User-Initiated Account Closure. Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting rk33 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. rk33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts. Users will be notified at their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. Active Funds will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rk33 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and rk33 will publish updates on the Platform accordingly.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on rk33 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above ৳100,000 may be subject to additional verification checks before funds are credited to a User's account.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit unless rk33 grants an express written exception. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of User funds.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. rk33 targets the following processing times for verified accounts: bKash and Nagad withdrawals — processed within 3 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours; bank transfer withdrawals — processed within 24 hours of approval. These times are targets and not guarantees; rk33 is not liable for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rk33 does not charge currency conversion fees. Users are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or payment provider.

4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting rk33 support is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. rk33 reserves the right to suspend the account of any User who initiates an unauthorised chargeback and to recover any amounts successfully charged back through legal means.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by rk33 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is awarded. In all cases, these general bonus terms also apply unless superseded by specific promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus value before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the User's account and cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. rk33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any winnings derived from them if rk33 reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk wagers to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; or coordinating with other Users to artificially satisfy bonus conditions.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility. rk33 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to specific User segments, geographic areas, or payment methods. Promotional offers communicated via email or on-site notification may differ from publicly advertised offers. rk33's determination of promotion eligibility is final.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the rk33 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness. rk33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets. rk33 offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are published in real time and may change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are fixed unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

6.3 Void Bets. rk33 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including: an obvious error in the published odds; a match or event being abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window defined for that market; or technical failure that causes incorrect odds to be displayed. Voided bets are returned to the User's account as Funds.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. rk33 reserves the right to impose maximum single-event payout limits. Current limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings that exceed the published limit for a single event will be capped at the stated maximum.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, rk33 will endeavour to restore the session from the last confirmed game state. If this is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and returned to the User's account. rk33 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions outside of its direct control, including failures on the User's own device or internet connection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard Users.
• Colluding with other Users, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the rk33 Platform.
• Using the rk33 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another User's account without their authorisation.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account suspensions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade Platform restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Users who discover such issues are required to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that rk33 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its infrastructure, other Users, or the integrity of the games or markets offered.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. rk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Users with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. rk33 recognises that, for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take that risk seriously.

8.2 Available Tools. All registered rk33 Users have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the rk33 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8.3 Age Restriction. rk33 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Users who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and all real-money funds returned. Bonus balances will be forfeited.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the rk33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of rk33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. rk33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the rk33 Platform without the express written consent of rk33. Unauthorised use of rk33 content or intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 No Warranties. The rk33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rk33 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

10.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk33's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of verified Funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.

10.3 Excluded Losses. rk33 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits; loss of data; business interruption; indirect, special, or consequential damages; or any losses arising from the User's own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10.4 Force Majeure. rk33 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, cyber-attacks, or other events of force majeure.

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by rk33 is governed by the rk33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the rk33 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You can review the full Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

11.2 Data Security. rk33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and financial transactions. Anti-fraud monitoring and intrusion detection systems operate continuously to safeguard User data and account integrity.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you consent to receiving promotional communications from rk33 via your registered email address. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected] or by using the unsubscribe link included in all marketing emails. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional service emails related to your account.

12.1 Right to Amend. rk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

12.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the rk33 Platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.3.

12.3 Termination by rk33. rk33 may terminate these Terms and Conditions and close your account at any time upon written notice if you have materially breached any provision of these terms or if rk33 ceases to offer its Services. Upon termination, any verified Funds balance will be returned to you subject to the completion of KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigations.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rk33 holds its operating licence. rk33 is an internationally licensed platform; Users in Bangladesh access the Platform under their own responsibility and in accordance with applicable local law.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting rk33 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
